DURANGO, Colo. (May 7, 2019) — Rail Events Incorporated has announced several staff appointments and the addition of a UK-based Rail Events International to provide additional support for licensed hosts and meet increased demand for licensed events such as THE POLAR EXPRESS™ Train Ride. This is the first step in a series of staff additions that will include hiring several new team members to support projected growth.
Effective immediately, Jarrette Ireland has been promoted to VP General Manager of Rail Events Inc. Ireland brings many years of experience in the heritage railroad industry, product development, and licensed event management.
In order to further support event hosts in the UK, Rail Events International will begin operation this spring with a UK-based office and warehouse in Telford, Shropshire. Cathy Swarts, Sue Rubano, and Jenny Nunn will lead this effort to provide further outreach, retail services, and marketing support for European-based events.
Rail Events Inc. is the industry leader in rail-related special events management.
